"Discover
the Puppy Training Secrets That Will Slash Your Dog Obedience Training
Time In Half and Put An End To the Stress and
Frustration of Training a New Puppy!"
How
To Raise The Perfect Puppy
Dear Dog Lover,
Other than having a new baby, not much compares to the cuteness of
a new puppy.
Furry bearer of unconditional love, affection, and
companionship. It's no wonder they are considered more than just
pets.
I'm sure if you closed your eyes for a moment, you
wouldn't be able to read this, but you could almost see your new puppy
right now...
running in the sun, chasing butterflies, puking
at 3 a.m., chewing your furniture...
Still want a puppy? Then step right up because
you've come to the right place for all your puppy training needs.
My name is Anthony Sanders and simply put...
I LOVE DOGS. I've been helping and rescueing dogs, mainly abandoned and dumped mixed breed dogs, for over
20 years so I've made my share of mistakes along the way.
My goal
with this site is to make sure you avoid the mistakes I made in
dog obedience training and provide you with the best
resources I could find so you can start your puppy training
off on the right foot and enjoy your pooch for many years
to come.
Note:
Take a look at my information
on buying a puppy if you don't own one yet and are thinking
about it.
Owning a puppy comes with great responsibility and
I'm sure you got a puppy for more than just wanting a new toy (unless it's a toy breed, which, by definition, gives you a
loophole).
Raising a puppy is like raising a kid. Raising and
caring for a puppy takes up a lot of your time and that's why
you're here... for more information on puppy training and dog
obedience training so you can start off on the right foot.

So what's next?
After the initial excitement wears off a bit, you'll want to start on some puppy
obedience training so your friends see
that it can do more than lick itself... and others.
To create a wonderful companion and a happy, healthy
adult dog, you have to put some time into dog obedience training
while they're young.
Trust me, an obedient dog is a happy dog... and a happy owner.
The absolute first thing you must do is work
on housebreaking.
No, you don’t teach your puppy how to break into your house when
you forget your keys. Housebreaking means they must learn where and
when they may do their business.
Housebreaking a puppy doesn't have to be difficult
either. You can easily housebreak a puppy in as little as 7 days
and be well on your way to saving money on paper towels.
Puppies benefit from having rules
and a routine. As pack animals, they look for duties issued by the
pack leader (you) and naturally enjoy keeping schedules.
Make sure you begin
your dog obedience training as soon as he/she reaches the appropriate
training age (right around 3 months old). This will reinforce
their
natural tendency to depend on others.
It's also a good idea to
start your puppy training early because in no time at all your
cute tiny puppy will become
an adult dog that may be more stubborn to learn new tricks.
Just as time on the Stairmaster every day makes for a butt you can
be proud of, so too will consistent daily puppy training make
for a mutt you can be proud of. Butt and mutt, get it? Ha Ha.
In addition, teaching commands like "sit",
"stay" and "come" will make your life easier, and if you go on
to advanced puppy training, you too can have one of those
superstar dogs that catches Frisbees and runs obstacle courses
when it's not busy signing autographs.
Obedience training is how you
get the best out of your puppy. A well-trained puppy is secure, they know that you're the boss and that
you've got a plan. So keep obedience training at the top of your list when you get a
new puppy.
Something else to keep in mind in addition to
puppy training is to have your
puppy fixed when it's old enough (around 6-8 months). Fix my
puppy? I didn't even know it was broken!
Seriously though, millions of dogs die each year in
shelters and on the streets, and much of it could be prevented if
people had their pets fixed.
With all that being said, are you ready to train your puppy?
